My name is Merideth Jacobs. I have been teaching at Bradford High School for 12 years. I absolutely love my school and the people of this community. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 15 years now. We have four children: Dean, Makaren, Nolan, and Teagan.
I will serve as the Career Coach this year. We will be implementing Career Awareness, Exploration, and Planning in all grades at Bradford.
